You can keep an eye on the progress of all your orders placed on ANTAM FRANCE . As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing your tracking number. You will then just have to enter this number from the SOLDAT.FR tracking page .

You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website.

First, check the tracking of your package via our tracking page . If it is indicated as being delivered, we invite you to wait until the expected delivery date. If your package is pending with the carrier, we invite you to collect it from the address indicated on the delivery notice. Also make sure to check on your tracking that the delivery address indicated on your order is correct.

Absolutely. If this happens, do not hesitate to contact us. You have 30 days from receipt of the order to request a refund and return the product to us in the same condition.
